There are two basic things when it comes to designing an app. User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). UI is the design; it’s what you see, it’s how the app flows. UI is the floor plan of how you navigate between rooms. If you can make it ultra easy to figure out how to get to and from each place in your app, then the UX is going to be intuitive and straightforward.
A great UI will provide your customers with a great UX. Mediocre UI’s will give your customers a mediocre UX. You will lose your customers immediately without a great UX.
A rich UX will make your customer feel good after each use. If you can turn the use of your app into a good feeling, then your chances exponentially increase of getting your customer to use your app again.
Everything should be a single click with a maximum of two clicks away.
3. Give Rewards & Status
One thing we have learned is people do not want to be loyal, but they do want to feel important. So let’s give them rewards in exchange for being loyal.
